I went in to Capo VW to return my lease and then lease a new car (both were Jettas). Returning my lease was extremely easy and they waived my return fee. They also found the exact kind of car I wanted to lease within 10 min of being there. The whole profess only took about 2 1/2 hours - which is not bad at all. Buddy was extremely helpful and everyone was very nice. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family and will go to them for my next car.

This was our first experience purchasing a VW and we couldn't be happier with the service we were provided. Eric was professional, knowledgeable, and more than capable in providing us the outstanding service we received. Of all our experiences in buying vehicles we have never had a better experience with any other dealership of any make. No haggling was involved, we received the absolute fairest price of the car, we were not pushed to purchase anything we were not in need of buying, and were in and out of the dealership with our new Jetta in under two hours. We highly recommend Capo VW to anyone looking to buy. Both Eric and the dealership as a whole went above and beyond in customer service and made our buying experience a pleasurable one.

I would reccommend this dealership becasue of the hardworking, friendly, and outgoing staff. I recently traded in my 20121 Jetta for a 2013 Jetta and I am even more satisfied but the car can sell itself. What I really liked about my both of my experiences, is that my unsurness was turned into 100% positive about what I going to do. The employees here and honest and will help out with any situation. Curtis deserves 5 stars because he was very helpful and considerate in helping us buy a car. It was apparent that he was doing everything in his power to help us. Great service and genuinely nice!
We were very impressed by his follow-up. As soon as we got home, he emailed and texted us a video and pictures of the car we were interested in. We came in the next day to trade in our old car and it went seamless. We also liked the fact that there was no haggling. The price was fair and we got a great deal.
We felt no pressure and the whole transaction was handled very professional. We were impressed and very happy. This was my daughter's first car and first experience buying a car. It was a memorable and enjoyable transaction.

I would highly recommend this dealer. This is the best dealer you'll ever find. They have great teams. They are very friendly and they will accommodate you very nicely. Their price is very affordable and they have good deals too. And 5 star service from McCurtis Kelley, who was really there and stayed up late at night and helped us bought our car. We stopped in Friday night to test drive the VW models we were thinking about leasing. We were given plenty of time to look at, sit in, test drive as many of the cars as we wanted. We were going to go check out other dealers and makes of cars, but after the initial shopping trip, our mind was pretty much made up on where to lease our next car. Still undecided on which model to get (Tiguan, Jetta Sport Wagon or Jetta Sedan, they are all really nice) we were given the financial scenarios for all three cars. In the middle of making this happen, I had to pick up one of our children from a school overnight trip so left the dealership for about an hour and a half. During that time, our new car was detailed, and ready for us to just "sign and drive" when we returned. I have NEVER had such a no pressure, efficient car shopping experience as this one. Capistrano Volkswagen is doing business the right way, friendly, sincere, and no games. We were glad to keep our purchase local, met some really nice guys (big time team work going on here) who helped along the way, and will DEFINITELY be repeat customers.

We also really enjoyed the Jumbo-tron tv and popcorn in the showroom. Thank you so much!

My Experience with April Dean and Capistrano VW was the best "EVER". Everyone from the Sales manager (Tom Deering) to the Lot porter (Cruze) were Exceptional, April listened to exactly what I wanted and she made it happen in One hour, This is not a Dealer its more of a Family, you could tell everyone Loved there Jobs and each other, and I could't have Trusted then more. This is my First VW and it will not be my last, as long as this Dealers around. go see April Dean.
