My car was towed to the dealership after an engine failure that is under recall. I never stepped foot on the premises due to distance, but Josh and Shane kept me informed throughout the process. AI automated phone is horrible. Needed to communicate with service advisor to request loaner car before the service department closes. Justin finally contacted me and arranged for loaner car. Found out he was the only person left at the dealership. Justin did a great job getting me a loaner despite the fact he was the ONLY person left at the dealership to handle incoming calls. More
