Had got this 2013 ford flex feb 22 2024 as soon as I left the dealership the check engine light comes on I call I text I email and got nothing about it. I had the issue fixed out of my own pocket. Then in may 2024 the car shuts down completely paid to have it towed to in network repair shop that the warranty told me to take it to the warranty denied fixing because there’s water damage under the hood that has been there for some time according to the repair shop and it needs over $20000 worth of repairs done to it under the hood. Repair shop said it looks like it was in a flood and it never was reported. It is now June 2024 and capitol ford is not trying to do anything. They want me to pay to have it towed back to them 2 1/2 hours away and have their repair shop look at it and they had me fill out another credit application for a new loan for a different car when my loan company told me all they have to do is switch the loan out to a different car. As of right now they still not trying to help me. Or even let me speak to someone that is in corporate! To me this is very bad service! Don’t buy a car from them please don’t you will be making a big mistake. More

Just Got my 2023 F150 Limited 2 weeks ago and it is great. Alan King helped me order it and was very knowledgeable about the whole deal. Brought my Ram here as directed by Dellen (Ram Dealer) for the collision center repairs needed. The day I received the truck back, my headlight fogged and the truck threw an Autopark Disabled message. Bac for the collision center repairs needed. The day I received the truck back, my headlight fogged and the truck threw an Autopark Disabled message. Back and forth led to me having to troubleshoot the headlights, which was found to have holes caused by bolts. I'm also missing 7-9 (don't remember exactly) bolts, including the top of the grille. It's been months and I've had no resolve, no headlights ordered, and still dinging and chiming EVERYTIME I drive. Won't fix their mistakes and it's going to cost me $500 or more per headlight, and then dealer fees to get the diagnostics figured out. Can't recommend coming here for collision repair. More

I first ordered a new 22 Maverick Hybrid vehicle with Inskeep in Sept 2021. Alan took over my order from Josh in Oct 21. I found out in Nov 21 that there was a problem with my order due (due to dealer a Inskeep in Sept 2021. Alan took over my order from Josh in Oct 21. I found out in Nov 21 that there was a problem with my order due (due to dealer allocations for the year) and per Mr Dunn they had to switch my order to the ecoboost. Due to constraints, my Inskeep order was not built by Ford in 2022. On 9/19/22 Alan contacted me stating that my order for 22 can be rolled over to 23. Ford was offering $1750 for unbuilt 22 rollover orders but, per Alan, the new order must include a $1000 non-refundable deposit. I had no problem paying the deposit but give me a break, non refundable and no guarantee when it was going to arrive? I had the highest priority code last year and it didn't get built in 22, but the new order was now showing as the lowest dealer priority code but it now required a deposit. It felt shady like I am expected to give $1k non refundable for an order that will never come. In the end, I was able to get a 23 order in with zero deposit using the disabled veteran XPlan at another dealer but I lost out on the $1750 rollover incentive that was only available from Ford through Inskeep. I am currently driving my second Ford truck, but I will never use Inskeep for a new one. More
