Towed my car in to get it inspected since it would not start. I had to wait a week before my vehicle was inspected. It was a battery issue and installation of the battery took another two days. I dropped off the car and didn’t hear back from the service advisor (Francisco was his name I believe) for 2 weeks. He said he is waiting for a part to fix the alignment issue. Almost a week later he service advisor (Francisco was his name I believe) for 2 weeks. He said he is waiting for a part to fix the alignment issue. Almost a week later he calls me again saying the fat is ready for pick up. I go to pick up the car and he says all they did was an alignment the mechanic felt the part they ordered was not necessary. Ok so 3 weeks go by and they did nothing but an alignment, which did not fix the issue. The car is still pulling to the right. I’m so frustrated from the lack of communication from Francisco to the lack of mechanical expertise to solve the problem. Now what am I supposed to do? More
