My Review of Capitol Kia:
This was the most horrible experience I have ever had when trying to buy a car. I did not realize that car dealerships still operated with high pressure sales and shady promises. I gave Jesus my car key to have my car appraised for a trade-in. When Jesus came back with a sale price after I had requested a lease term I decided I did not want to deal with him and asked for my car key to be returned so that I could leave. He then wanted me to sign a written statement that said I would buy a car if he got it down to a certain payment. Remember, I wanted a lease, told him so, and he would not listen to me. I repeatidly asked for my key back so I could leave, and my request was ignored. I almost called the police until someone finally brought the key up. Even the floor manager was awful, when I tried to get help from him to get my key back, he asked me why I was having a problem buying a car, and when I again asked him for the key, he kind of looked around and said he didn't know where it was. This was the first time they acknowledged that I was asking for the key back, eventhough I had asked at least 6 times. I cannot believe that these people are still in business.

I wish that the young lady, Miss hall, stop bothering us at home as well as our cell phone. I have asked her to leave us alone and she said it was her job. It may well be, but harrassing us is going to get a call to the Better Business Bureau. Just stop and leave us alone. If I wanted a car or anything else from Capitol Kia, I would come down there.
