I recently bought a Forester from them on ebay. Since I am 200 miles away, I went on their user rating and their reviews from this website and bought the car without physically seeing it or testing it. (I figured with used cars it's difficult to trust anyone so at least I have rating and reviews) Plus, the price was good and it was exactly what I was looking for.

When I got there, the paperwork went very quickly and everyone was friendly and professional. The car in in excellent shape inside and out, better than I even expected! My local mechanic looked at it and said it's "perfect, not a thing wrong". I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to do business with these guys and I'll definitely check there first when looking for another vehicle. I recommend them to anyone. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had!

Adam worked with me on phone and on line to make sure every thing was great. Car was every thing he said it to be. I would recommend this dealership to anyone . Because they would bend over backward to make sure your satisfied .He doesn't just sell you a car he checks to see after he sell it as well. I give them a 5 star rating for him and all his coworkers.

Friendly, upfront and followed through with all information and promises. Pleasant experience with no pressure. Good selection of quality cars. Adam was very helpful. He obtained repair records, arranged the repair of small windshield dings before we picked up the auto and ordered a missing manual which he had sent to us.

They are upfront, fair, no pressure, and keep their promises

I purchased a PERFECT 2004 Porsche Boxster from these gentlemen at a great price. They gave me all of the information, promised a perfect vehicle and DELIVERED

When I asked for a second key, they had one delivered

I couldn't be more happy with their way of doing business

I found these guys doing an internet search. They were 250 miles away, but had the car I wanted.

I began a working relationship with Adam and he managed to put up with my OCD and even obtain service records from the prior owner.

Once I was satisfied that the car was clean, the transaction was simple and done through faxes and emails.

They arranged for transport - all I had to do was sign for the car and it was dropped off where I wanted it.

When I got the car there were no surprises - it was as advertised, in great shape.

Very, very happy with my purchase and with this dealership. I would not hesitate to deal with them again.

After reading deadbolt74’s review, I felt I had to write my own, as my experience couldn’t have been more different! Every aspect of my experience with Car Connections USA was great – they were responsive, friendly and honest. Buying a used car can be a little nerve racking and most people enter into the process at least a little skeptical. I can’t say enough about how comfortable I felt dealing with Jonathan and how confident I was that he was looking out for me and making sure I got the best deal possible on my 2004 BMW. Not only did he find the perfect car for me in just a matter of weeks, but it was in excellent condition and very reasonably priced. Before I took possession, Jonathan thoroughly reviewed the car with me, even pointing out some very minor paint imperfections that I probably wouldn’t have noticed on my own. And a week later when I noticed a rock chip in the windshield Jonathan immediately offered to pay to get it fixed. In addition to the stellar custom procurement service, Adam did an incredible job of selling my old car on consignment. The car was cleaned, photographed and advertised within hours of signing the contract and just a short time later the car was sold and I was handed a much bigger check than I was expecting. I visited the office several times during the process of buying and selling my cars and each and every time I was met with warmth and friendliness not typical of a “used car dealership”. So to Dave, Jonathan, Adam, Bernadette and the rest of the gang at Car Connections USA, thank you, I couldn’t be happier with the entire process and I LOVE my car!

My Review of Car Connections USA:
I purchased a 2004 BMW 545i from Car Connections USA on May 17, 2008 that was advertised as being in good condition. On June 13, 2008 I took the vehicle in for service at my local BMW dealership. While performing the regular service, the technician noticed damage to the sub-frame of the car and other associated parts. The cost of this repair totaled $5,000. After inspecting the car more, the BMW technician recommended that I have a certified body shop look at the vehicle because he believed the car had more substantial frame damage. I immediately notified Jonathon, Operations Manager at Car Connections USA, on June 16, 2008 and he informed me that he would contact the necessary people to resolve the issue. On June 27, 2008 I received an estimate for the additional damages totaling $7,500 and faxed it to Car Connections USA. On June 30, 2008 I was told that I would be given a full refund, then when I showed up to receive the refund on July 7, 2008, it had not been prepared as promised. Then on July 9, 2008 I was told they would exchange my car with an equitable car. Since July 9, 2008 I have contacted Car Connections USA fourteen (14) separate times regarding the exchange and have requested that they provide me a timeline for the exchange three (3) separate times. In addition, I have corresponded with them about thirteen (13) different suitable cars for exchange and only once or twice have they responded. I have sent letters, I have called, I have emailed and I have had attorneys send letters. To this day, they have not acknowledged even one of my requests for a timeline and I have received a pittance of cooperation. Absolutely no progress has been made since I first notified them of the damages on June 16, 2008 and it has become more than evident after 116 days of opportunity to resolve this issue that they have no interest in following through with their promises. While they continue to not take ownership of their negligence and fraud in selling a vehicle without disclosing its substantial frame damage, I have been out of a car for 119 days, have paid thousands of dollars, and continue to spend over $600 per month on a vehicle that I do not have use of. Car Connections USA has proven to be an apathetic business with no regard for customer satisfaction and cannot be trusted to provide a quality product.
