Great experience Going into buying a car I honestly thought I would have no clue what I was doing, but when I got to car credit it was such a great atmosphere everyone Going into buying a car I honestly thought I would have no clue what I was doing, but when I got to car credit it was such a great atmosphere everyone was so willing to help and explain how things work. John Hartz was my salesman and he was awesome! I could definitely tell he wanted me to have all of the information and was so helpful in explaining the process and helping me choose the right vehicle. I honestly think he knew what would work for me before I did and I appreciated that! The whole process from start to finish was easy and well explained. I got a car from “car credit nation, Winchester VA) I went to car credit nataion and got a car. NOT the car I wanted, I live two hours away and reached out to the sales team and was on my way for a spec I went to car credit nataion and got a car. NOT the car I wanted, I live two hours away and reached out to the sales team and was on my way for a specific car and they reassured me no other person was interested in it and when I got there the car I wanted was sold! Had to find another car due to that. Two days after having the car the check engine light came on, notified them and was told I would receive a call from the service department. Called again, still nothing and transferred to service which was closed. Four days later I was sitting on the side of the highway because it broke down. They came and towed my car and “fixed” the issue they said. Went and got my car the next day and the check engine light was still on. I was told that it was something simple but they never fixed whatever the “so called simple” thing was instead sold me a car that apparently has a check engine light that stays on. Very disappointed in this dealership! Would not recommend it to anyone!!!!! More
