Staff was friendly and helpful. My problem was the car report that Carmax provided stating the vehicle was not damaged. After noticing this I went to examine the front and now can not unsee the damaged spots. Also I wanted to get Military plates for the vehicle but the staff didn't know how to do the paper work so ended up with regular plates and now I will have to pay another fee to get the correct plates.
