So this is a mixed review I had originally dealt with the El Paso, Carmax and it was not a great experience. Had a very aggressive salesman who transferred me to someone else and then I was able to speak to El Paso, Carmax and it was not a great experience. Wow, what a breath of fresh air she was! ! After that, it was smooth sailing had a really terrific experience with Carmax at that point really understood the process after her explanation and her handling of it and then it was able to be shipped to a closer location for me to Lubbock for $285 and then the dealership in Lubbock super friendly guys very knowledgeable Very friendly easy to work with so overall it was a really good experience. I think the initials contact could've been better but overall a really positive experience thank you Carmax this is my first used car with you guys and I really appreciate all the extra benefits that you guys provide as far as warranties delivery services, etc. thank you again More

I didn't like the lack of continuity in my dealings with CarMax. I talked to sales staff from Baton rouge to Kansas City to Chicago to Lubbock. I had a really good experience with them when I went to finish the deal and get the car. The associates Aditee and Curtis were very helpful and friendly.
