I didn't like the lack of continuity in my dealings with CarMax. I talked to sales staff from Baton rouge to Kansas City to Chicago to Lubbock. There seemed to be little communication between the staff because I was asked several times if we still wanted to purchase the car when we already had an appointment for the next day to close on the sale. I had a really good experience with them when I went to finish the deal and get the car. The associates Aditee and Curtis were very helpful and friendly.
