This was our first time to purchase a vehicle from CarMax and it was sooooo easy!!! We located the vehicle in Houston and paid to have it brought to Lubbock. Staff was friendly and helpful. My problem was the car report that Carmax provided stating the vehicle was not damaged. After noticing this I went to examine the front and now can not unsee the damaged spots. Also I wanted to get Military plates for the vehicle but the staff didn't know how to do the paper work so ended up with regular plates and now I will have to pay another fee to get the correct plates.
