I shipped my vehicle from Texas to CarMax Northshore. I was contacted by a representative at Carmax Northshore the day before my visit and she was very rude and short with me. Chiquita Acker was very friendly and helpful she greeted me and showed me my vehicle, test drive, and proceeded my purchased quickly. I was initially informed prior that my vehicle could be delivered to my home but once in store found out that location doesn’t do home deliveries. The service department was very friendly and responsive to my concerns and fixed minor repairs quickly. More
