They didnt know how to put the car in two peoples names even if only one person was taking out the loan. The worker was single task. She couldnt do but one thing at the time. It took forever to get the paperwork even after we paid off the loan in less than three days. We could bave gotten a lower interest rate nut they only check the carmax rate. I did everything online so all I would have to do is have my trade-in verified and sign paperwork, that was a waste of time. I had 1830 appointment and arrived early, I was not seen until after 1900—after I my trade-in verified and sign paperwork, that was a waste of time. I had 1830 appointment and arrived early, I was not seen until after 1900—after I asked why it was taking so long to be seen. A girl came from the back to assist me. What should've taken about an hour ended up taking almost 3. In addition to this, I had asked the carmax label be removed from the back of the truck as I don't advertise for free—well whoever did this managed to scratch up the paint where the sticker was and didn't attempt to fix it not acknowledge it. That's more money out of my pocket to get it fixed, thanks! I won't even talk about how the bank draft I picked up the next morning was voided AFTER I deposited it into my account, because nobody thought to call and verify I picked it up BEFORE voiding it—but called to tell me they voided it and printed a new one for me to pick up. Overall very poor car buying experience this time around and every issue was preventable. More
They’re very friendly. It’s kinda hard to test drive it when you can only have it for like 20 minutes, but we managed to do OK with it if there’s one negative thing was that we left them to go finish up our loan unfortunately they had issues with their printer and stuff, but it took longer than we thought when we got back to Carmax with the checks they told us that we were put back into the queue. We have to wait behind the other seven people waiting to be seen with check in hand. I just felt like that should’ve been something that was taken immediately. We didn’t need to do anything else we just need to give them the checks for it let them do their paperwork assignment. We need to see and leave and stay. We did not get the extended warranty through them. We got it through our lender who had a much better plan no deductibles. The only thing I kinda disagree with is that we just bought a $20,000 vehicle and because we didn’t get the extended warranty. They didn’t do a deep clean and all that with the car, which kind of stinky but it’s OK. Just know what they show on their imperfections is not everything I showed one imperfection and it has many but it’s OK. They weren’t big ones. I can get a paint stick and take care of one of the back myself, but I just felt like it should’ve been taken care of but all it was an easy experience they didn’t hassle you. They don’t bug you. I had a car dealership, Lord have mercy. Will they bug you at a car dealership all in all I would recommend them this is the second time I have dealt to them once here in Georgia and Virginia and I’ve been pleased. More
