I recently purchased a car from CarMax in Wichita, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. There were a few glitches during the process, which can happen with any big purchase, but what real I’m very happy with how everything turned out. There were a few glitches during the process, which can happen with any big purchase, but what really stood out was how they were handled. My salesperson, Frank, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was patient, communicative, and genuinely committed to making sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. Whenever an issue came up, Frank stayed on top of it and followed through until it was resolved. That level of customer service made a big difference to me. Instead of feeling frustrated, I felt supported and valued as a customer. Buying a car can be stressful, but thanks to Frank and the team at CarMax in Wichita, the transaction ended up being a positive experience. I drove away happy and confident in my purchase. I would recommend working with Frank if you’re shopping at CarMax in Wichita! More
Too many surprises after the fact. Weren't told about the application fee until we were closing. $695. is not a small amount to spring on us at the closing. The car has a feature the it adjusts for two drivers. we didn't find out there was only one key fob until we were ready to drive out the door. So far we haven't figured out how to get one for the second driver. We weren't told until we closed that the car had a Florida title that we now have to jump through hoops to get our title. We bought it in Kansas and it should have been a Kansas title. Not one of these things was represented until we were doing the insane amount of paperwork (also ridiculous) to get the car. More

I had a great experience at CarMax. It was fast to get in and out. I told the salesperson that I had custom license plate that I wanted to swap from another vehicle.
