Everybody worked very hard to satisfy us, but your financing process is terrible. I went in with a pre-approval for financing. I have a credit score of 841. No matter what the sales people did, the financing process is terrible. I went in with a pre-approval for financing. I have a credit score of 841. No matter what the sales people did, the computer would not approve my loan. I ended up having to pay cash. Speed of the transaction is rated poor because it took 4 1/4 hours to try and resolve the financing problem. More

We had a short time window to complete the purchase because of travel plans. It was the easiest car purchasing experience we've had thus far. There later was an issue with the out of state title which wasn't recognized until the inspection, a quick phone call and short trip led to an easy remedy. The entire staff are welcoming and seem to enjoy making it a smooth experience. We are really enjoying the car and are thankful for the experience. More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I HAVE REALIZED AND WISH I COULD POST PHOTOS OF THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR AND HOW MESSED UP IT IS AND THERE WAS NO NOTICE THAT IT HAD BEEN REPAINTED (THE I HAVE REALIZED AND WISH I COULD POST PHOTOS OF THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR AND HOW MESSED UP IT IS AND THERE WAS NO NOTICE THAT IT HAD BEEN REPAINTED (THE WRONG COLOR) NOR THAT IT HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT. I HAVE CRIED DUE TO THE AMOUNT I PAID FOR THIS CAR. SAD THEY SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST SPLIT THE COST TO HAVE IT REPAINTED SO THAT IT MATCHES THE REST OF THE CAR. More
I bought a low mile 2023 Ram 1500. It came with only one key and, I found out from the locksmith, it was not the correct key for the truck. It was a used key they'd re-programmed to wo It came with only one key and, I found out from the locksmith, it was not the correct key for the truck. It was a used key they'd re-programmed to work with the truck. The emergency key would not work to unlock the door if the FOB died. It cost me an extra $500 to get two correct keys made. The front wheels needed balanced. The didn't have time to do it when we were there and would not pay someone local (we live 50 miles away from the dealership) to re-balance so I had to pay out of my own pocket. It's a big fancy building but a shady dealer. I will be starting a complaint with the state attorney general consumer fraud department about them not providing fully working keys for the truck and not advising me that the key was not correct before payment was made. More
