Everybody worked very hard to satisfy us, but your financing process is terrible. I went in with a pre-approval for financing. I have a credit score of 841. Speed of the transaction is rated poor because it took 4 1/4 hours to try and resolve the financing problem. More

There later was an issue with the out of state title which wasn't recognized until the inspection, a quick phone call and short trip led to an easy remedy. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I bought a low mile 2023 Ram 1500. It came with only one key and, I found out from the locksmith, it was not the correct key for the truck. It was a used key they'd re-programmed to wo It came with only one key and, I found out from the locksmith, it was not the correct key for the truck. It was a used key they'd re-programmed to work with the truck. The emergency key would not work to unlock the door if the FOB died. It cost me an extra $500 to get two correct keys made. The front wheels needed balanced. The didn't have time to do it when we were there and would not pay someone local (we live 50 miles away from the dealership) to re-balance so I had to pay out of my own pocket. It's a big fancy building but a shady dealer. I will be starting a complaint with the state attorney general consumer fraud department about them not providing fully working keys for the truck and not advising me that the key was not correct before payment was made.
