Had been searching months for the right used pickup truck. Low mileage, options, etc. This one showed up on Carmax website. It was in TX and I'm in KS. A little more $ that I wanted to spend but didn't want to let it go so I reserved it for $199. A lady from Chicago called and asked some questions to find out how serious I was. I was so excited. Truck immediately shipped to OKC then set and set. The day came I was supposed to drive it was still in OKC. No communication other than delayed or whatever the web site said. Texted and finally called Carmax. They explained it set on the trailer that was waiting to fill. After making it to Wichita it took some days to clean, detail, etc. With that said a little more communication about the shipping, without me having to call first, would have been nice. Reserve till purchase - 21 days. More
