I was honestly surprised how great my experience was. I was concerned about paying to ship a truck to me and having to front the cost with out seeing the truck first. I noticed a few things wrong with the truck after owning the truck for a few days, that I had missed in the rush of buying the truck and CarMax fixed all of them without a hassle. Horrible service never will not buy from here again, I’m an out of state buyer. Paperwork was in correctly for the car registration, 2 tires had side bubbles on the walls, which had to be replaced, car had an out of state buyer.
