I was very dissatisfied with much of the progress. I chose one car, only to find out a couple of weeks later that it had problem with the title. Because of all the problems and delays, she did not a car for over a month. We finally got to purchase a car but a month and a half later than we hoped. When we told the people at the BR office they sort of blew us off as if nothing important happened. More
