The first car I bought from CarBiz was a bit of an emergency; it was a Friday evening, I started a new job 30 miles away on Monday morning, and I was going to be out-of-town over the weekend. I needed a car or else! I worked with Josh, and went through the financing part with Russ--they were able to help me select a car that met my needs, a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta SE. (I love it!) Since my first experience was so pleasant, I came back to CarBiz a few months later to buy a car with my boyfriend. This time I worked with Curtis, who was extremely knowledgeable about all of my options, and Myron helped with the financing. My very-picky boyfriend soon wanted to trade in for a 2011 BMW 328i (with my blessing), and Curtis and Myron were definitely up to the task of helping us get the car that we wanted. Some of CarBiz's practices may seem a bit aggressive for some timorous people, but they sell cars; that's what they do, and they have much better customer service than most. I shopped around a few difference places and some used car dealers made me feel like I wasn't worth their time, but my experiences with CarBiz have been very enjoyable! The CarBiz employees have always been up-front about letting me know what is and isn't in my price range, what benefits and drawbacks a certain make and model might have, and they have always bent over backwards to help me. If you know you want to buy a car, CarBiz is the place to go! I will certainly be going there first any time I am in the market.

Mr. Javier and Mr. Myron were very well trained in their field. Their customer service skills were way above excellent. Mr. Javier showed extreme patients and even shared a lot of wisdom with me about maintaining my new car. Since I left Carbiz on Saturday I've been telling everybody if you want a great deal go to Carbiz.

This was my first car and i was interested in buying a hybrid. I saw that carbiz had a prius on there website and went there to check it out. I was pleased with the vehicle and the service i got while looking, test driving, and buying it. I'd definately reccommend carbiz to family and friends.

I was referred HIGHLY to Carbiz by a close friend and fraternal brother that I work with, and he told me to specifically ask for Myron, who would be able to work with whatever situation I was in, to ensure that I was able to drive out with a new vehicle. I worked with Stuart as my sales associate, and he was very nice and upbeat, even when I was running into some difficulties. I have to really thank both of them for assisting me in obtaining my new vehicle, and especially Myron, who helped to work an acceptable deal for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the gentlemen that I worked with to others.

I went to Carbiz to test drive a Toyota Tacoma 4x4 TRD Package that was Awesome! This is my second vechile from Carbiz and never ever had problems with anything. The Staff at Carbiz was polite, friendly like family from the moment i walked in. I was excited to get the paperwork started and their i was out the door with my brand new truck that i can use for work and family cruise on days off. "IF IT DOESNT SAID CARBIZ, YOU PAYING TO MUCH!!

As aggravating at the car buying experience can sometimes be, Carbiz did impress me with their professionalism and customer care. It is a welcoming environment and place that is willing to work with you. Javier did a nice job getting me the deal I could afford and made sure we could find a car and a deal that met my criteria. Buying my vehicle at Carbiz was my very first car buying experience ever! Bryan and Ali worked diligently to get me into a vehicle. They remained friendly and professional during the entire process. I really felt that they had my best interests at heart and weren't solely out to make money. I appreciate all of their efforts.
