"Bad purchase"

I purchased a 2010 white escalade a little over 1 year ago, too much money in repairs already (700 paid for and over 1300 needed). I WILL NOT purchase another vehicle from this dealer and I WILL discourage anyone from purchasing from your dealership. The service department is on point, I guess they get plenty of practice from the vehicle recidivism rate.

"Get it in Writing!"

The sales process was great, we walked away happy with the experience. However, once we'd paid for the car, our salesman had made a list of things that needed to be ordered (dvd remote, owners manual, 4 headphones, antenna, etc.) and dealing with the service department has not been easy. We've had the car in twice now (trying to get all these things fixed) and we've had the car for 2 months and we still don't have everything that was ordered. Mainly, because the sales dept. doesn't seem to communicate with the service department. Also, we have not found the service department very responsive, helpful or friendly. We were promised a remote key by Evan Berney (General Manager) on Sept. 21st - it's Nov. 2nd and on our last visit to the service dept. (Oct. 31st) they had still not ordered the remote key and now we have to make another trip to the service dept. to have the remote programmed when it comes in. We were promised 4 headphones and we've asked for them several times - on the last visit they gave us 2 headphones, we're still waiting for another set. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING and be sure it is passed to the Service Dept. - we are not overly impressed and probably would not buy another car from them in the future.

Simply outstanding Carbiz! They have such a wide variety of vehicles. This dealership is clean and well organized. The administrative assistance gave such a warm welcome and introduced me to Sale Associate, Javier Cuellar. I was trying to make an important decision, and sort of divided on what to purchase, but Javier asked me all the right questions, to really find me the best fit. Everyone, including the Finance manager were so personable, not “this customer” but by my name! Great Work!

Mr. Raymond Allen, has maintained the best customer service in car sales the last 55 yrs, since I started for new cars. I hope keeps his heads up, cause he knows his very good in what likes to do. He has great rapport with customer. He acommodates their needs and more importantly the customers scenario. I would highly speak for Mr. Raymond Allen along with Carbiz, Baltimore, MD. "Extraordinary customer service from Harvey Bernstein "

I recently purchased two pre owned BMW's Martin and Brian were extremely professional and helpful with the purchase process. There were several initial issues with the cars and the sales dept and particularly the service manager Harvey Bernstein went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was repaired at no cost to me . Harvey is a trustworthy and brilliant head mechanic and service manager who has consistently delivered outstanding customer service in an industry that does not always live up to high standards when it comes to quality and honesty. I have already recommended this dealership and service group to multiple friends and family. Thanks guys. John M.

"I love this dealership! "

I purchased my 2012 Honda Insight through Carbiz about a year ago as a first time car buyer. I got the car I wanted within a reasonable price range, low interest, insurance and warranty. After having the car for several months I found out my car was burning oil too fast to my dismay, but thankfully Carbiz has an awesome service center I'd been using since my purchase so they knew I got regular oil changes and the state of the engine. After one conversation with Collin, a lovely South African guy who personally handled my car I had the issue addressed, completely under warranty and a loaner. The engine repair took two days to resolve. I was in and out quickly. I highly recommend Carbiz service center to anyone purchasing a car and needing thorough assistance.

You can always contact Fred Alston and receive excellent customer service. I received an email for a free car wash for my birthday. I call Fred and he said, come on in Ms. Parham. He has helped me, my aunts, mother and daughter get cars. I best things is he always remember his customers name and that means a lot to me.
