My Review Of Cardinal Honda:
After bringing my car in for scheduled maintenance including a tire rotation, we immediately noticed a slight shimmy. This is my commuter car so not used on a daily basis, so when I got on the highway a few days later I noticed as I approached 50mph the shimmy was significantly worse and at 65 it was horrible! We brought the care back in to see what the problem was. Now originally the receptionist had mentioned needing " a new tire next time you come in", but when my husband picked the keys up a different person said our tread was safe and not to worry about it. So today we are standing talking to the original receptionist, and instead of offering to double check that everything is tight and ruling out any other possibility for this problem, she immediately jumps to "well I told you that you needed new tires, your tires are chopped and you need an alignment, this is the ONLY thing that will fix this problem" Ok....you didn't tell us that the tires were chopped or that we needed an alignment! Then I said well it didn't do it before we dropped it off, and she was still very adamant that it was the tires and nothing else. Finally after her being very short and NEVER NEVER NEVER offering to double check everything to be sure this was the issue, we demanded they rotate the tires back to where they were. On a second note, I asked her "don't they test drive after changing tires around, b/c they would have noticed this" She replied "absolutely and it was told to you that it had a shimmy!" NO IT WASN'T. Why in the heck would I want a car rocking and rolling going 65mph down the road, I would have immediately told you to fix the problem...
Never will go here again, these people are rude, and more importantly liars
