Cardinal happened to be the first dealership and unexpectedly the only dealership I visited. Walter Groux is what all salesmen should aspire to be like. He is a gentleman, he listens, is patient, and not at all pushy. I already knew a lot about the product but Walter was able to add value by sharing his expertise with some of the more subtle aspects of the car. Cardinal Honda as a whole is clean, efficient and I look forward to bringing my new CRV there for service. More

As it turned out, however, I didn't need to worry. The salesperson was very professional, friendly, and straightforward. He made the whole experience, from test drive to the signing of papers, very easy. In addition, about ten months later, he helped me figure out what to do after a rock had cracked my windshield. I called him up and asked whether he thought I should replace the whole windshield or just fix the crack. He got back to me right away and, after consulting other salespeople as well as the service department, he made a recommendation. I was extremely grateful for his assistance and time. I really had no one else to ask for advice, and he came through! I highly recommend Cardinal Honda (and, in particular, Walter Groux) for sales and service! More

I arrived on the lot looking to replace my old car with either a Honda Fit or a Honda CRV. I had spent time researching these cars as well as my own and understood the range of features and values of all three cars. Walter provided further information and we test drove several vehicles. He asked me questions along the way that were honest and straightforward; questions that only helped me to make the best decision. At no point did I feel pressured, swindled, or overwhelmed. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of as a young female car shopping alone. I left that day with a CRV that had been meticulously cleaned and prepared (you'd never know it was 5 years old), knowing that I had gotten a fair price, and even happier that my experience was so positive. Along came Walter Groux and all our worries were slowly washed away about our child. He made sure she had snacks, a drink, coloring book & crayons and her own spot at the desk. She was treated like a queen so my husband and I could focus on a possible purchase. Needless to say, Walter was more than supportive to all our needs and didn't push us into making any decisions we did not want to make. We ended up trading in our old vehicle and drove out that afternoon after spending 5 comfortable hours at the dealership with Walter in our new Pilot. It's been just under a year and I still absolutely love my car and have made a new friend in Walter whom I trust whole heartedly. And our daughter remembers that day to the fullest as well because she was treated with respect and as part of the process instead of being pushed aside.
