I recently asked for a quote from this dealership for a CX-5. They quoted me the msrp and said they would apply a discount which brought the price down to an amount that seemed to good to be true. I asked CX-5. They quoted me the msrp and said they would apply a discount which brought the price down to an amount that seemed to good to be true. I asked them to give me a breakdown of the discount and their first response was it was based on a standard interest rate of 3.99%. I asked a second time to give me a breakdown of the discount and the second response was that it was just a dealer discount. I asked a third time and reminded him that if he wants me to come down to talk face to face he needs to be open and transparent with me. Now he refuses to respond to me altogether. I have a feeling that if I had made the 50 mile journey to see him in person that somehow I wouldn’t qualify for this discount and that msrp is the best they can do. My experience tells me these guys are bait and switch. Don’t waist your time with these guys. More

The kind of person you do not need to meet to trust. This transaction happened because of his knowledge, willingness to text or talk as often as needed and something in his voice. He must be surrounded by experts because the paperwork and extra details were perfect too. Product: The Mazda 6 Signature is an amazing car. There are plenty of youtube reviews out there so I will just say ours was absolutely flawless even after being shipped. I just hand washed the road dirt off and went over every inch. Perfection. Door edges and touch points protected at dealer with film. tires filled with nitrogen. If you are reading this trust me. This is the place. You are about to be amazed. More
Service Manager won't call me back. I can't get any one in management to talk to me. Service department is either poorly managed or poorly trained. I have bought many cars over the years and this is the first time I bought a car and left the dealership without parts and was not told. I would steer clear of the shady folks here especially the service manager Carl) who does not return calls. More
Above and Beyond Customer Service Being a first time auto buyer, one of the things that I wanted from the dealer where I would purchase my car was an honest and friendly environment - Being a first time auto buyer, one of the things that I wanted from the dealer where I would purchase my car was an honest and friendly environment - CardinalWay provided this to me. I had the opportunity to work with Steven when I visited CardinalWay looking for a Mazda3 Hatchback. From the onset, he was the the most candid salesperson I had encountered the entire day. He was straightforward with me from the moment he said "hello" in the parking lot. After having him tell me about the car and taking me on a test drive we went inside to run numbers. Neil was the person that helped run and explain the numbers for me. He was also honest and straightforward and put in a lot of effort to put together a deal I was comfortable with. After he gave me a concrete offer, I notified him that I would not be able to commit until I looked at what other dealers could offer me. Unlike the other financing people I had previously encountered, Neil understood and did not push any further. I left the dealership with both Steven and Neil's cards and a positive experience with this dealer. The following day I visited another dealer and had an awful experience. After going through that I knew I had to go back to CardinalWay. I returned to CardinalWay and worked out a deal for a new 2017 Mazda3. On my return I worked with AJ for my test drive and some of the initial paperwork. Just like Steven, AJ was a pleasure to work with - friendly and candid. I also worked with Neil and Paulina on the numbers for this new car. Neil included a rebate that I did not even know about, nor asked for, he took it upon himself to find me the best possible deal and did it on his own. I have no words to describe how pleasantly surprised I was when he outlined this on the itemized list of costs. Unlike the other dealers, I felt that CardinalWay was making a great effort into making my experience with purchasing a car as seamless and pleasant as possible; they were not simply focused on making a sale. With all that had happened at the previous dealer, I knew that I was in good hands at CardinalWay and chose to purchase my car from them. Paulina was the next person I worked with and she was cheerful and full of energy. She made the paperwork process enjoyable. Not only was she very personable, she was also knowledgeable and thorough with every form she handed me. CardinalWay made me feel like I was part of their family and I genuinely appreciated that. They earned my trust and business that day. I will definitely be coming here first for my future car needs. No lies, no games, just exceptional service all around. More

Steven was the first to help us, and helped us find various options to consider that they had available. Neil had also worked with us to try and find appropriate rates, payment terms, etc. as a first time car buyer. They don't force upon you any add-ons like the door edge guard, extra alarm, or seat spray treatments that other's tack on for $4000+ as addendums. We had made it clear that we wanted to consider other options over the next day and weren't set to buy right away, and they respected that the most out of the dealerships we visited. After visiting other dealers, it became clear that CardinaleWay was the way to go. After an awful experience with the financing guy at Puente Hills of dealing with lies, back and forth haggling, and overall lack of transparency, we decided that the straightforwardness of Neil and the rest of the team was the way to go. There were no hidden fees, no deceptive payment terms and values. Anything we asked to be clarified (rates, terms, OTD price, etc.), we received in detailed form. We're fine with spending our money at places that treat us right, even if it means spending more. Not only did we receive great service from them, but the pleasant surprise was that the team also gave us the best price! While the Puente Hills guy was trying to find a way to make up for us not being interested in the addendums, we got an offer from Neil that we liked. And once we got to CardinaleWay, the offer didn't change. For the financing and paperwork we were also helped by AJ and Paulina, who were just as transparent and friendly as the rest of the team. The entire process was as seamless as can be, and we felt great working with such honest individuals. Without a shadow of doubt, if all CardinaleWay dealerships are like this Mazda one, they will be the first we consider when buying a new or used car. More
