Our "New" CX-5: It will take some time to review the vehicle as I haven't even driven it since we bought it last night. But I can tell you the most important thing: The real reason I ended up at Cardinale Way Mesa is Melissa. She reached out several weeks ago when our process began. We (I) flip-flopped all over the place on what vehicle and how much money to spend. I even put the process on hold for a bit. Every time I changed direction she was there for us. She was not pushy or aggressive but still there. The others I had contact with did not have the genuine interest she had and she ended up getting "you" the sale. We all operate in our "zone of comfort" and Melissa provided that for me. I will not hesitate to recommend Cardinale Way Mesa to anyone and will insist they start their journey with Melissa. As with most organizations, there are those less qualified than others. I return to this site to comment on a guy named Dustin today, but not Dustin Theole listed below. There was one of the FOB keys not available when we signed the paperwork. It was "locked up in the service dept. so we would have to return to get it. To make a long story shorter, they were mistaken as the key marked as ours was not correctly marked. So Dustin calls to explain that none of this is his fault because he wasn't working when it happened. Again, shorter story. He ended up making it sound like he was the savior for the dealership but never did he apologize for the error. He kept deflecting off the actual issue, again, no apology. I got mad at him and he got VERY sarcastic, he thought maybe a hug from him would help me feel better, He did say that. The issue is being handled by Melissa & Mark, great folks to work with. Stay away from Dustin, he's a typical car salesman. Yes, I did email the General Manager but have yet to hear back from him. More

Got the payment within the figures i gave her and drove away with the perfect vehicle for me. This dealership felt so inviting and i did not feel pressure into buying a vehicle, after my experience here i feel like part of this dealerships Mazda family... i will buy my next vehicle from here.
