I had an awesome experience at this Dealsrship. Victor, my sales person is the main reason that I purchased my vehicle there. I happened to stop by actually on my way to another dealership to look Victor, my sales person is the main reason that I purchased my vehicle there. I happened to stop by actually on my way to another dealership to look at a brand new car, but my husband and I began talking to Victor and decided to see what would be offered. He showed us the crossover and invited us to test drive it. We came back the next day with a made up mind to test drive and purchase the car. Victor along with the Finance Guy and the whole crew was very kind, helpful and professional. I will and have already referred friends and relatives to go and ask for Victor at Carl Black in Hiram!
