The service department is terrible. They fought with the warranty company for 2 weeks while my truck sat in the parking lot. I had to call everyday to check progress. They don’t return They fought with the warranty company for 2 weeks while my truck sat in the parking lot. I had to call everyday to check progress. They don’t return calls in a timely manner. Quoted me $7000 for transmission that it turns out I didn’t need (took truck to another dealer). They treat you like an inconvenience more than a customer. I will never deal with them again. Other dealer worked with the warranty company and had my torque converter replaced for a fraction of the frivolous quote from Carl hogan. More

Amazing staff!!! I’ve been financed when I had no credit, and I was just financed with horrible credit. A 406, to be exact. (This sounds like a really cheesy review, but I’m just trying to sound super fancy.) These guys pull through for me every single time!!!
