Simple fix First we had a minor issue, due to the service department persistence, they got it right. The manufacturer had different parts for the same fix. Mileage rollback I was in a bad spot on the vehicle I had. It had a mileage rollback on it and I owed more than double what the car was worth. They gave what they could for my car and with the rebates I was able to get out from under the car and into a car I loved. They were all really friendly. Dishonest Dealership, take advantage of senior citizens I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan pathfinder, after a few hours of being held hostage, we finally agreed upon a price and had asked the update of the I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan pathfinder, after a few hours of being held hostage, we finally agreed upon a price and had asked the update of the Navigation system be thrown in as an incentive. was told that they would do that, my wife asked if it needed to be in writing , they said no, just come back when the new dvd becomes available and we would be given it for no charge. Now it has been convientintly forgotten and more or less was told, "to bad, so sad". As a senior and devout Christian I find the dealership to be dishonest and would recommend any and all to steer clear of this dealership. as far as I am concerned they do a disservice to the community and especially seniors. More
