Just purchased a 2012 Jeep Compass. It was hassle free. We did a lot of research prior to the sale and know that we got a great deal without any haggling. My Review of Carman Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
We were quickly greeted by Frank who was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He wasn't pushy and understood when our initial visit didn't result in a purchase because your current inventory didn't include the vehicle we were looking for with the options we wanted. Frank followed up in less than a week when a vehicle came in that was very close to what we were looking for and that call resulted in our purchase.

We have never owned a Chrysler product but have always "bought American" with most of our purchases being GM vehicles. We were very happy with the sales, customer service and financial aspects of the purchase. Of course we would always prefer to pay less than we did but we do feel that the offer was fair and the amount we received for our trade was fair.

Buying a car can be a very painful process. I was pleasantly surprised in my experience with Carman. My expectations are high for a the same experience when it comes to the Service Department.

We have purchased many new cars over the years....coming into Carman Chrysler Jeep Dodge was an exceptional experience for us, from our very friendly and knowledgable salesman, Frank Azan to Bob, who appraised our trade-in and working with the finance manager, whom I think his name was John, the whole experience was a pleasant one. Even the guy who worked in the department cleaning up the car for delivery, all were very pleasant and made the overall experience a good one. Thank You

I want to commend the work that Carmen Collision did on my 2011 Dodge Charger. It looks absolutely beautiful. You would never know that It was in an accident. They used all original factory parts and matched the paint perfectly. I think it looks better than the day I bought it! I was very pleased with the way everything was handled. From the the first visit to assess the damage, to how quickly the job was done to the way they handled the issue with Enterprise Rent-a-Car for me. If you need to have any body repairs & paint work done on your Chrysler vehicle, don't even think about taking it anywhere else!

This was the best experience my husband and I ever had buying a new car, we got a Chrysler 200. Everyone we met was friendly, knowledgable and went out of their way to get us what we wanted at a good price. They even called the next morning to make sure we and the car were fine....I have never had a dealership salesperson do that, once you're outa there they forget you exist ...NOt these guys Highly Recommend them great buying experience.Good Job Guys. I had the best experience at Carmen Auto Body Shop. Everyone was extrememly helpful and very friendly and courtious. My car on my car was done right on time and they called me often to keep me updated. I would definatly return to Carmen for any body work in the future!!
