Staff was courteous, eager to please, and explained things in detail. Orientation to new car was thorough and easy to understand, with no sense of being rushed. The staff could not have done more to help -- always making sure that I had no questions and assuring follow-up if I needed help later. Overall, an excellent experience in buying a new car at a fair price.

I've bought several cars at Carman and Glenn Brood has always been my salesperson. Because of prior experiences at Carman Ford with previous car purchases, it was an easy decision to buy my current Ford Fusion Titanium from them. Glenn is good at what he does and always extends himself to help the customer and make a deal. He is very attentive to the needs of his customers and helps them understand all of the information regarding the car before they make a decision. When there is a conflict with price, Glenn will always go to his manager to see what he can do for his customers. Glenn makes you feel as though he's doing everything in his power to satisfy your needs. He's funny yet professional. He may seem a little pushy at times but overall he has your best interest at heart and will go out of his way to make it right for the customer. He also remembers you and even asks about family members that you may have had a conversation with in the past. Glenn has a good memory and uses this as a tool when selling you a car. He will also follow up with you to ensure you're satisfied and that everything is OK after your purchase. Glenn is a good person and a pleasure to work with when buying a vehicle. GO GLENN!

I have been treated with very well with the up most respect and the sales representative Mr. Al Seeney have made my visit comfortable with all of his attention to what my needs were. I feel that this location has a lot of professional personnel that I would recommend my friends, family, co-workers or to anyone who's looking for a vehicle they can expect to be waited on immediately and know that they will be leaving satisfied even if they do not buy the vehicle at least they would have been satisfied with the hospitality from the staff.

From the moment I stepped out of my car I enjoyed my experience. Dan greeted me, then allowed me space to walk around independently. He offered insight and help, but didn't put uncomfortable pressure on me at any point. This is huge for me. I want help/support but not pressure. When I had decided that I was truly interested in one of their vehicles, he made the whole process seamless. Both the GM and finance manager were incredibly friendly and helpful, as well. The finance manager, Bob Hapner got me a rate the is close to a new car rate... Great job all around. I would recommend Dan Shine to any of my friends and family. I will definitely use this dealer when my wife is up for a new car.

I ordered a new modeled 2013 Lincoln MKZ in the Fall of 2012. Due to cricumstances out Carman's the production of the vehicle was delayed. Howver the team at Carman undesatood my anxiety and continued to keep me updated on the prordering process. Beginnng withe the professional service set by Larry Giacchino, the team led by Andrew Krueck ,who was very helpful in assisting me with my selection from engine type to color and options. False deadlines were not made and final delivery was made a pleasure with the service provided by Sales consultant Dan Shine. His knowledge of this new vehicle was very impressive and helpful. Business manger Dan Miller was very pleasant and knowledgable in handling the final paperwork. No one on the Carman team made me feel any type of pressure to add upgrades or additional features. I would highly recommend Carman Ford Lincoln to anyone who is considereing purchasing a vehicle.

I have bought many cars in the past. Al Seeney is the best car salesman that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is very knowledgable about about the cars that he sales. When I decide to purchase another car in the future I will definitely use Al Seeney.
