We purchased a 2007 Chevy HHR from Carolina Chrysler about 2 1/2 yrs ago. Javon Shannon was the salesman who assisted us. I had been to several dealerships in the area looking for a new (at least new to me) car,and to say the experience had not been pleasant is an understatement.

But as soon as I showed up at Carolina Chrsyler and met Javon,it went great. I tested the cars I looked at online,My husband went back and drove them also. As a matter of fact,I went back several times over a few weeks trying to make up my mind,Javon was always friendly,patient and helpful. And he continues to be,everytime we have any service done. We always check in with him. He's an extremely nice young man,we consider him a friend. I recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car,he will go out of his way to help you.

Everyone was so very patient with me. I could not be happier with the transaction. Not only did they find the vehicle that I wanted, but they managed to make the numbers work even better than I hoped. The product, the customer service, the ease of the entire transaction...all absolutely first rate. I would recommend Vic Cottrell to anyone who is looking for a new ride. And, Al Stevens and Rocky Pipkin were great with the numbers. We purchased a 2008 Dodge Ram from a different dealership in 2009. We had nothing but problems with that vehicle and were left pretty much stranded at the side of the road pulling a travel trailer. The dealership merely changed a part and did not attempt to get to the bottom of the problem. On the last occasion this happened, we took that vehicle to Carolina Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The service managers, the diesel mechanic were determined to get to the bottom of the problem and worked hard to resolve the situation for us. However, because we felt no confidence in the truck, we decided to look for a new vehicle. The only choice, we felt, was to work with Carolina Chrysler Jeep Dodge because of their efforts on our behalf to correct the problems with the 2008 and Vic's efforts to locate the type of vehicle we wanted to purchase. We weren't easy customers and had very definite ideas of what we wanted in our new vehicle and what we wanted to pay. Vic and Al were able to put a deal together that we able to afford.
