I originally went In To get my car serviced. Daniel was my service agent and was extremely helpful. I ended up looking at used cars where I ended up with Joseph A. After doing just that we talked number and what it would take for me to leave with that car. I told him my price range and he got it there. During the process I was getting overwhelmed due to this being the first time I’m purchasing a car on my own or in general. Joseph would notice and excuse himself so I can gather my thoughts and talk things through with my parent. This happened a few times and not a single time did I feel rushed or pressured into making a deal. I normal go to Scott Robinson Honda but because of the experience today I’ll be back for routine maintenance. More

He was very attentive to our financial disposition along with our desire for the vehicle we wanted. He worked diligently and got us the best deal possible, no haggling !
