She argued with me about having an extended warranty that I had paid $3200 for telling me that I didn’t have one. And then saying well you need to go upfront and find out why it’s not here. Would someone spend $45,000 at your dealership they should definitely be treated with a little more respect. I was not being rude with her, but definitely questioning the charges of the bill. Given the fact also that I had a platinum extended warranty. I think there needs to be better coordination Between the finance people, the sales people, and the people in service. More
Shea is a great no pressure salesman. He and his team stayed late on a Saturday. not even knowing if he would make a sale or not. With no pressure took it for a test drive we signed came back on a Tuesday and paid for the vehicle and took it home. Ariel is a great help but last time I was in I was helped by someone different. They didn’t explain to me until I was there to drop my car off that it would be $180 for them to tell me why my check engine li by someone different. I declined that service in favor of Auto Zone reading the code for free, saving me $180. Im not sure why your pricing is so high, but the attendant I talked to was not able to explain that to me either. More
