I saw the car I was interested online. Frank and the rest of the staff were friendly. Frank added no pressure. Roger was efficient with completing the loan papers and was very easy to talk to. This is my third purchase. I would like to thank Car Vision for standing behind their customers. Something has recently been discovered on my vehicle that I purchased. Needless to say - NO QUESTIONS ASKED - they are taking my car back clean and clear to satisfy me and they have accomplished to get me in a new and even nicer vehicle that I can afford. Found what we were looking for at a reasonable price, fair trade in. Mohamed Ali was very helpful and friendly on phone as well as in person. He made sure the car we were interested in was ready for us to look at. Since we had a long drive, 3 hours +, Mohamed Ali made sure we were comfortable, offering drinks, etc. Kevin Semeraro friendly and efficient in processing our paperwork and payment. Hahaha, but now back to the review. I was shopping for months to purchase a used car. I went to serval different dealerships and most of them felt sketchy and didn't think I was a serious buyer. Before I went to the dealership i like everyone else went online and shopped around. Not only did they have the car I liked but it was priced well too. So i went to go see it myself. When I got there i was approached by Ken Keplinger. Real great guy. I told what I wanted to look at and he took me right to the car. On they way to the car we just clicked felt like I was talking to one of my uncles. After checking the cars I told ill be back during the week to show my family the car and to see if they liked it. Well i showed up the next day. Ken was off that day, so spoke with Frank Starface. Frank answered my question that I had about the car and what type of offers they had. Frank respected the fact I spoke with Ken before. He even told me when the next day Ken was going to be in. That goes for Frank to do that and show what kinda of dealership that CarVision, I have been working in sales for sometime now and it can be a cut throat world. To have guys like that working great together goes a long way. overall great experience.
