Fast Service, Good People I have only had this car serviced at the dealership because they take great care of me. I make an appointment, they take the car, dive me home, and w I have only had this car serviced at the dealership because they take great care of me. I make an appointment, they take the car, dive me home, and while I'm doing something else, they do the work that we discussed. When it is ready, they call me, pick me up, and I'm able to complete the transaction and be on my way. The level of service is a large part of why I bought my car at this dealer. There are never any surprises when it comes time to pay for repairs or maintenance, and they always treat me like a person rather than a number with a dollar sign. More

Unprofessional texting customers? We were on our way to look at a truck to purchase. My husband had called over a week ago and was told a deal was working on it. He called again 4 days We were on our way to look at a truck to purchase. My husband had called over a week ago and was told a deal was working on it. He called again 4 days ago and was told there was no deal on it and that they would hold the keys until the day after Christmas (it was the afternoon of the 23rd) so we can travel to go do a deal with them. A half hour after we leave we get a text. Not even a call saying there was a deal working on it for over a week. My thoughts 1 the person they are trying to sell it to cannot get financing and maybe should not be buying such an expensive truck because usually that will do more harm for the customer to sell them something out of their price. Or 2 we have seen this before where a employee wants the vehicle but cannot buy it immediately and they keep holding it for them until they can buy it. Either way this is not the right way to do business. We have a guaranteed loan ready to buy so their loss our gain because we will find the truck my husband wants they just wont be the ones getting the paycheck. That is why the internet is so wonderful many choices to choose from. I hope this gets to the owner of these 3 dealerships to show how frustrating and incompetent the communication can be from your business. After the text we get an auto email thanking us for coming in today! Not once did we get an actual phone call from a person. Very unprofessional. More

He was patient with us as we discussed our options and extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles and services Toyota offered. He worked hard to give us the best deal while ensuring we would be happy with our new Rav4! Definitely recommend checking them out and we know we'll come back to them if we have any other car needs. Horrible Experience Let me start off by saying that I will never do business with Desert Sun again. My girlfriend works at Vision Ford here in town and she has a good fri Let me start off by saying that I will never do business with Desert Sun again. My girlfriend works at Vision Ford here in town and she has a good friend who sells at Desert Sun. She knew that I wanted a Chevrolet truck, so she put her trust into this dealership. Well, I purchased a 2007 Chevrolet 1500. NOT EVEN 20 days later my transmission goes out. Yes, I knew that I would have future issues with buying an older vehicle, but not once did I think it would be 20 days later it went through a clean Used Car Inspection. Well, I take it in and they basically tell me that they are not helping me out with one penny. Meaning, I had to pay over $3000 in order to drive this truck. Freddie, Jim nor Steve would help us out. Mind you, I am Military and gave Desert Sun my full trust. I put down $1000, and had over a grand of equity in my trade in. My truck has now been sitting in the shop for two weeks. Steve Irick still has not returned my voicemail nor phone calls. After they informed us of that, I decided to take it home. On the way home from the service department, it begins to smoke heavily. I took it over to Vision Ford to look at. When Desert Sun put the oil pan back on, they did it carelessly, which resulted in pinching the gasket, creating a leak and black smoke. So, they created an issue on top of another issue- which they also refused to fix. Vision Ford ordered me a BRAND NEW transmission with ZERO miles, completed all the work for under $3000. They saved me $940 and I did not even purchase the truck from them. Needless to say, Desert Sun does not care about their US Military, nor fulfilling their customer satisifcation needs. All they cared about, was their money. Do not go there! Thanks for reading!!! More
