Please do yourself a favor and do not have your car serviced at an Casey Automotive Group dealership. I had an issue with the well-documented problem of the shark-fin antenna leaking and damaging the T serviced at an Casey Automotive Group dealership. I had an issue with the well-documented problem of the shark-fin antenna leaking and damaging the TCU module. BMW corporate was told by Casey BMW that I caused the leak and therefore BMW would not cover the damage. This was an outright lie and done only to cause me to pay for the entire repair amount of over $2,500. They lied to BMW because they would have received less from BMW than they did from me! More

Julia Gerrick (Greener) has been great at understanding the way I like to be treated as a customer. All customers are different and she knows that timely and honest communication is key to get my business. My car was due for regular maintenance, in addition to a new battery and brakes. Julia arranged service that fit into my schedule and at a very competitive cost. Finally, kudos to Jeff who is outstanding at intake and "just" a nice guy. To me, Jeff sets the mood and makes me feel welcome the minute I get out of my car. Very much appreciate Julia, Jeff, the Techs and the entire team at Casey. More
We were visiting the area when we hit a pot hole and the run flat needed replaced. Once the car was at the dealership AJ got the tire changed to include vehicle serviced and inspected. Mike Bullus is always great to work with. I bring my X1 in for service and he is always upfront about cost of service and always has my car washed and vacuumed before I get it back.
