During the meeting we went over ways to better improve our greeting processes and how to maintain a sence of calm when busy. I also suggested a specific solution for you and your family. I know comming to a dealership with 3 children is not very easy so I would like to relieve you of that burden. At any time you feel you need service I would ask that you and your wife call myself or Francine Stewart. At that point we would have a driver bring a vehicle to you to use and bring you car in for the service. After the service is complete we can bring the car back to you.
