Overall great customer service and excellent follow-up The only issue we had was finding the second key for the vehicle. Loyal Customer Purchased my 2015 Prius V at Casey Williamsburg and have had all my service done here as well. Considering a replacement vehicle and have met with a Purchased my 2015 Prius V at Casey Williamsburg and have had all my service done here as well. Considering a replacement vehicle and have met with a salesman and the sales manager. It is the service department that is keeping me coming back. Service has been friendly and efficient. Any small hiccups are dealt with quickly and graciously. Have spent enough time in the waiting area (for regular service when I have chosen to wait) that I feel very at home. Have used the shuttle when I wanted to meander around Walmart for a change of scenery and that service has been prompt and gracious as well. More
