Very courteous service. J.R. always tries to make sure you are happy going away. Their pricing is about the same as any other new auto dealer. Get the car in early and you are usually out the same day. For larger repairs they will provide you with a rental car until your car is ready to be picked up. I was pleased with the JR's responsiveness to the problem we were having with our GMC Yukon Hybrid and the explanation we received as to why we were having the issue with the battery and why it shouldn't hap we were having with our GMC Yukon Hybrid and the explanation we received as to why we were having the issue with the battery and why it shouldn't happen again after they made the repair. I had called specifically to find out if the repairs on my Kia Sedona were covered under warranty. I was told they were, so I carefully drove my vehicle 30 minutes away. Later that afternoon I was called and told that the repairs were NOT covered and that they would be $2600.00!! I felt tricked into bringing my vehicle there. Not only that, because of my vehicles needs, it took me 2 hrs. to get home, on top of the so-called $35.00 "deal" on the beat-up rental car they gave me and charged me for!!!! More
