Worst service department So let me start by saying as of today's date still not fixed after 8 times of service for the same thing . Bought my jeep brand new in Feb.28th 2016 i So let me start by saying as of today's date still not fixed after 8 times of service for the same thing . Bought my jeep brand new in Feb.28th 2016 in early March I had my first service call for a bad radio static they said there were some updates so that should fix the problem ! Nope still the same . Other thing I had mentioned in the same service call was noise from the driver and passenger doors , and also from the front dash every time I hit the gas , well Roland told me the noise was from my after market wind defectors ( whether tech ) same ones the use . I asked if they looked at the doors he said no , well did you test drive it ? Ummm no so how the xxxx can you say it's from that ? They will use and excuse to not repair , no 6 months later I'm still fighting to have it fixed but now I had after market ( they like them words ) lights installed in July just brought my car in for the same reasons as before and now their saying the noise isn't covered because I installed them !!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME . The lights are no drill 6inch 1/2 inch thick neon lights that are just stuck up there with a glue . Each person in the service department are useless along with Tim McKay acts like he has no idea what's going on , even though I've been dealing with jeep Corp for 5 months and they've called him a few times but when face to face Tim acts like he's never spoken to anyone about your issues . Next step is legal action maybe then they'll put a little effort into my truck More
You didn't care about me at all My first experience was some months ago with a recall repair and all went well. I came back foolishly not shopping your competition. Since your servic My first experience was some months ago with a recall repair and all went well. I came back foolishly not shopping your competition. Since your service repair I have received several coupons for services. I responded in turn when I got the money to do my services there. The woman that serviced me was polite but I was offered nothing at all. The vehicle was late from the promised time of 3pm. She apologized a number of times for the things that were wrong. I came in for service not repair. I spent a lot of money and there were no coupons at all for me. Grease smudges left in truck. Complementary wash left bugs on front of truck. Oil bottle left on front seat... This is not the way to treat someone who decided to spend almost 2k in services and feel like they just got took and kicked out the door. More

Professional, courteous, incompetent I brought my 2010 Chrysler Town & Country (with 73,000 miles on it) into their service department for a transmission inspection 4 days prior to a 2,50 I brought my 2010 Chrysler Town & Country (with 73,000 miles on it) into their service department for a transmission inspection 4 days prior to a 2,500 round trip to Florida. I had them perform their recommended transmission fluid flush operation on the vehicle for $200. On a Saturday morning (the day before the trip was to commence,) I discovered a puddle of transmission fluid on my garage floor. I called them and was advised to bring the vehicle in immediately for service. They discovered a leaking axle seal, and told me that the repair should take 90 minutes. Thirty minutes later, they told me that the axle bolt on my 5 year old car could not be removed without destroying the axle, so a new axle had to be ordered and the car would not be ready until Monday afternoon. They replaced the axle at no charge to me (100,000 mile warranty) and I was able to leave on the trip to take my son to college. During the trip down to Florida, I began to notice that the transmission was having difficulty shifting from first to second (and vice versa) and that the torque convertor clutch was banging and shuddering after coasting down to about 5 MPH- and again upon acceleration after coasting or slowing down in stop and go traffic. This misbehavior became more dramatic as the trip progressed, and was impossible to miss by the time I returned to Naperville. I drove the vehicle back to their shop the day after I got back to town- with the banging and shuddering happening all the way to their service door. I described the problem in detail to the service writer- and they kept the car for two days before telling me that they 'could not duplicate the problem'. I picked up the vehicle- only to have it bang and shudder all the way home. Subsequent calls to the dealership have not been productive. I have owned Chrysler products for the last 30 years, - including 4 minivans - and I really expected more from this dealership. It is nice that they are polite, that their facility is clean and that they have good intentions---- but it is totally worthless if they cannot troubleshoot and solve an obvious problem in one of the products that they sell hundreds of ---and that they boast having factory training to repair. I discovered on the Jeep forums that the blower motors have had a long history of failing and that there was an abundance of evidence that in many cases the instructions accompanying the replacement blower resistor have been in error, resulting in the blower being wired backwards. This causes the blower motor to run in reverse. Service Advisor Roland Burke patiently listened to my spiel with an open mind and put his technician to work. This tack solved my blower problem. I am a very happy camper. More

They advertise Not once have I ever had a good experience at this dealer after buying my car. 1. they continually bug me with sales/service calls. 2. They advertise "EXPRESS" lane service which is the biggest load of crap I've ever seen. My last 2 oil changes have collectively taken almost 4 hours........!!!!!!! What about that is Express? Go to Jiffy Lube you will be in and out in 20 min. More
WORST PRODUCT, DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT AVOID!! Absolutely the worst service department and vehicle you could ever buy. We purchased a RAM Promaster one year ago and over the year it has spent 71 d Absolutely the worst service department and vehicle you could ever buy. We purchased a RAM Promaster one year ago and over the year it has spent 71 days in the service department for the same issues. We opened a claim with Chrysler Corp. and the spokesperson Cynthia as well as Tim in the service department don't think that 71 days of a vehicle in service is an issue. I told them this was unacceptable and they didn't seem to think so. All they say is bring it in and we can look at it. You can only spend so much time without a work van. AVOID this dealer ship and PROMASTER VANS at all costs. We lost power to brakes several times, lost power to vehicle several times, headlights go out, wipers stop working at random times, etc. All attempts to resolve our issue with what we felt is a lemon went unresolved with the dealership and as well as Chrysler Corp. They don't stand behind their product!! More
Best Sales and Service! I purchased my Nitro from this dealership over a year ago and continue to come here for service to this day, even though I live over 20 miles away. C I purchased my Nitro from this dealership over a year ago and continue to come here for service to this day, even though I live over 20 miles away. Chris Olson was absolutely wonderful to deal with during the purchase, and went above and beyond on the date of purchase! Also, Keith Larkin has ALWAYS taken THE BEST care of me! Greatly appreciated to the whole Naperville CDJR team! More
Paid $1800 for nothing - car still has the same problem I paid $1800 for work that did not solve the problem. I took my Dodge Grand Caravan to the service department for smoking and overheating. They worked I paid $1800 for work that did not solve the problem. I took my Dodge Grand Caravan to the service department for smoking and overheating. They worked on the car for about a day. During the day, I received a call about the diagnosis and the cost of $1800 to repair the van. I authorized the repair. Then I received a call explaining that 6 more hours of labor was need to diagnosis the problem and that would cost and additional $700. I authorized the work. Then I was told that the additional labor was not needed and the car was ready. The service rep assured me that car was riding fine. I paid $1800, picked up the car and drove home. About a week later the car began smoking and overheating again. So, I took it back. After about 5 hours of work, they had not identified the problem and I was told that they could keep working, but I could be billed and additional $2000 for the diagnosis. Rather than leave car, I took it home. Mind you, that their initial work is covered by a 12,000 mile warranty. However, they want to continue to bill me to resolve, what the $1800 paid for.. Other than paying for a battery, I don't see what I received for my $1800. Absolutely nothing. My car has the same problem it had before I paid $1800. More
