I’d give this place no stars at all. Our sales man was great but upper management was horrible. Service was unprofessional. The manager cursed at my father and I. Had to call twice for them and they told me they just did it that day and to go as soon as possible due to my temporary plates going to expire soon. Overall horrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get screwed over! More

During my last visit I was told I needed $500 in additional repairs and maintenance on my Subaru Outback. I did not have $500 but was told it could wait to next oil change. No one was wearing a mask and didn't treat us like customers We called ahead to make sure the vehicle we wanted t look at was still on the lot, since we were driving 1.5 hours to get there. When we walked in and asked to see it, we were told that they were sorry but that vehicle had been sold four days earlier. Also, not one of the 7 or 8 staff in the showroom area were wearing masks.
