I brought my 2022 Mustang GT Premium here for a routine oil change, but unfortunately, the vehicle's black paint was deeply scratched from the driver-side door to the rear fender during the visit. While the dealership accepted accountability, the initial step of outsourcing the vehicle to a repair shop didn't go smoothly, as the clear coat was accidentally burned through, leaving a hazy section over the scratch. Because a full repaint can complicate a factory finish and affect long-term resale value, we opted to apply a ceramic coating to help protect the surface. While the initial communication and repair process were stressful, I am very grateful to the General Manager, Jon Londono, for personally stepping in to make things right. Management took full accountability and issued a check to cover independent repair costs at a collision center of my choice. I am giving this a 3-star rating to highlight their willingness to provide a fair financial resolution, and I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction in the end. Absolutely lying crooks! I spent hours on the phone while my daughter was there purchasing a vehicle. Linda Hughes is a liar! The down payment on the paperwork was supposed to be $5000. + the $2689 needed for the short on her trade in payoff and doesn’t match the receipts. Not to mention after it was all signed Linda told her she owed another $1798. She was told NO to their Gap insurance since it’s provided through the credit union financing. Linda stated she was signing to decline the coverage. That was a lie. She then tried to cover up the final offer and use the original that of course was higher. The attorney general needs to look into this place. More
Long story short I paid for a service and it wasn’t completed. I returned for additional services and was told no problem found( issues definitely still there) and was also told I needed another air fi completed. After checking the air filter it had never been replaced even though I had pad for it. The service manager Ryan apologized profusely and offered to earn my trust back with a loaner and a free detail. I then contacted Ryan explained that I was coming back in and asked if he had a loaner and would he be able to complete the detail. Ryan started off by saying he can offer an uber or Lyft even though he promised a loaner. Secondly, Ryan stated I filled out the Ford report that was sent to me by Ford and in that report I stated the issues were still there. So not only is he backing out on the detail, the service I need and the loaner he’s refusing to honor his word and work on my car. I’ve asked I don’t know how many times for a GM to call me and it has yet to happen. Please save your money and go to a trust worthy honest dealer. More

They lied to us telling us they put a new crate motor in our Expedition after we paid them $2500 to service our vehicle. Their service of our vehicle left us STRANDED 1200 miles away from home during Thanksgiving week. We spent $4K just to get us and our vehicle back home. How did we know they didn't put a "new crate motor" in our vehicle is due to the fact that their service techs were to inept to put the engine plate back on after install so we could verify all the numbers. Bought a pickup, still don’t have the truck legal as they force you to register through some bogus program. I keep getting random emails from Linda (finance) telling me all of a sudden I need this doc, that force you to register through some bogus program. I should also have the option to register the vehicle myself, as this would have already been done and done correctly with zero back and forth months after buying. My truck has been in the shop multiple times since buying it- great for warranty- but I’d like to drive the vehicle I bought, the dealer shop claimed they did all this to the truck before releasing it- nope! Was hardly detailed, had a LED taillight out torn leather seat covers that it looks like they tried to hide, and numerous other issues like a cabin air filter they stated they changed that clearly wasn’t. Cavender OKC is someone I will NEVER recommend. This is the shadiest car buying experience I have ever had! I have bought two vehicles since from elsewhere, and both are already tagged. More
