Shahe took car of my car beyond the call of duty. When I got it back it was like brand new condition. I got my carpet mats changed because they were dangerous and he stayed late, after closing, for me to pickup my car on a saturday night. I would highly recommend this dealership

My Review of Center BMW:
I went to Center BMW after getting a warning indicator that I was low on some fluids in my car. I got there around 5:30pm and ran into Shahe, a service advisor that has helped me previously. He immediately took care of me and I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. All for no charge too!

I had originally purchased my 5th BMW from Century West a few years ago and it was time to do the time honored tradition of the lease return. I had contacted Mike W and his patience and help in going through the return process was exceptional. Mike went out of his way to assure everything went smoothly, correctly and quickly the first time. I've worked with several BMW representatives and Mike W represents the best of the best in my opinion. While the dealership offers a shuttle to return me home after my lease drop off, Mike took time to give me one last ride in the vehicle to my home. This personal attention to customers is what separates Century West from other dealerships. I highly recommend them for all your BMW needs and seek out Mike W for professional & personalized attention.

My Review of Center BMW:
Called talked to Dennis Bohlig in service...(This guy is great, super nice and awesome to work with I recommend you see him for service).....at 9:30am and to my surprise he asked if I wanted to come in that same day. Service was great got me in and out. the only thing is the after looking at there work they had left two fasteners loose for the micro filter cover and 1/2 of a qt shy of oil. This is the best service I've gotten and I will go here again.

I would recommend Mike W in the Certified Pre Owned Department to anyone. He is super upbeat and friendly and he clearly wanted to everything in his power to win my business, which he did. And even after I purchased my car, he has continued to make sure I am taken care of. He escorted me to the service department to introduce me to everyone and saw me through my entire first service experience. He really goes above and beyond.

My salesman, Mike Waiblinger (aka Mike W), is very knowledgeable and passionate about BMWs, which made it a pleasure to work with him in purchasing my first BMW. Coming from the darkside (traded in a Mercedes), Mike was extremely patient with me and spent an unusual amount of time reviewing all the terrific options on the car. The whole process was a very enjoyable experience. In addition, Mike has stayed in touch with me about any questions that I may have. I’m writing to compliment the customer service we received from your dealership during our purchase yesterday of our convertible 335i. Everyone treated us cordially, but I am especially appreciative of Mike Waiblinger’s customer care style. He comes across as sincere, helpful, and trustworthy.

I can honestly say we went through the process of purchasing the car yesterday, instead of just looking, because Mike’s is pleasant and friendly. Needless to say the car was what we were looking for, but if Mike had been the least bit heavy handed with his sales technique we would have waited on the purchase. Mike as the salesperson really made the difference in this case.
