Central Auto Group - Service Center

A simple service mistake led to me calling and asking them to correct their mistake, as my car was driving noticeably worse than when I brought it in. I was refused, and was told there was a minimum diag them to correct their mistake, as my car was driving noticeably worse than when I brought it in. I was refused, and was told there was a minimum diagnostic fee. So I went to a different dealer, who told me it took about 5 min to find the problem, and about 5 min to fix it. To top it off, I wasn't charged anything. This was several months ago, and to date, these guys have lost about $4,600 in service on all my vehicles, including 2 Volkswagens and a new (to me) pickup truck. This was AFTER they tried to charge me HUGE for what another service department said was "simply unnecessary" rotor turning to get rid of surface rust on a vehicle that had been sitting for a bit. Both Rick and the service department treated me good ! It was unfortunate that I had to say goodbye to my 2014 hyundai but good that Rick was able to get me in a newer car . I highly recommend them ! Tim, Thank you for your email for having my Kona lease serviced. 1 thing that has always bothered me about Central is after I receive my car back from service, it’s not washed,or vacuumed like other deale serviced. 1 thing that has always bothered me about Central is after I receive my car back from service, it’s not washed,or vacuumed like other dealerships I have leased or bought from in the past ! Also I find that your waiting room is extremely uncomfortable & small, especially when my oil change was approximately 45 minutes !! ( maybe updated furniture?) Just a suggestion, however the waiting area was very clean!! Everyone who assisted was very kind & professional as they always are !!! For future emails to me my Husband’s name is TIM not JIM !! More
