I have been on the Internet for 8 weeks looking for low mileage Cadilliac CTS luxury, very hard to find. Finely one came up at Central Cadillac, Cleveland Ohio. I will never ever in life purchase a Cadillac or a prepaid maintenance plan or warranty from them ever again everytime I deal with them for a major concern there’s a problem even when I had purchased prepaid maintenance plan or warranty from them ever again everytime I deal with them for a major concern there’s a problem even when I had purchased a third party extended warranty they treated me like garbage like I’m not a paying customer spending thousands for car and xx plans that they don’t follow through on what dealership won’t allow you to discuss thorough concerns with vehicle not just give u a sheet of paper with codes not a diagnosis without trying to upcharge you in hella fees I’m not paying $200 plus dollars for a diagnostic when I have a prepaid maintenance plan that includes you supposed to be inspecting my vehicle they barely put it up on a Lyft or even drove it around when I heard a lound sound took it to another shop just to confirm I had a wheel bearing and brakes and had them replaced at first another shop wasn’t for sure which side was louder took and educated guess based on my video I recorded of the sound while driving it and all the dealer did was give me a sheet of paper with codes of all my tires I asked to speak to manager both David and Brian were very condescending and rude and disrespectful I never ever want to speak to them again I told Chris I wanted to file a formal complaint and how to go about doing that he just told me he agrees with the other shop most than likely but that’s all Brian and David had to say and confirm it in my inspection of my vehicle and actually show me more then a 30 second video of nothing of the sorts not explain a single xxxx thing but tell me the inspection included in my prepaid maintenance plan is only a walk through when I know it to not be true I had this plan since 2016 and always have to remind them my plan states otherwise and not try to sell me xx and do their xxxx job o and by the way now they are saying they accept third party warranty so I renewed that but moving forward I know they won’t fully follow their maintenance plans as soon as it ends next year I will not be going there for anymore services I’ll have another shop using my services and my warranty can pay them for thorough work needed in the future Shame on you central Cadillac for ruining my dream car experience the last 10 yrs from xxxx More
