Great Service! Alex was very polite and professional. As was the Service Manager. I think his name was Jacob. I brought my diesel Chevy in for an oil change and Alex was very polite and professional. Horrible service I will never be coming back to this dealership for an oil change. $90 for a synthetic oil change is so much money. I was told it would be 79 with a co I will never be coming back to this dealership for an oil change. $90 for a synthetic oil change is so much money. I was told it would be 79 with a coupon 71. He up charged me because I was a girl and no dealership has ever heard of 90 oil change with no added tire rotation/inspection. I will be calling corporate to discuss. More

New Jeep Grand Cherokee On Dec 15, 2018, I went to Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to look at purchasing a new car, in particular, a Grand Cherokee TrailHawk. I could On Dec 15, 2018, I went to Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to look at purchasing a new car, in particular, a Grand Cherokee TrailHawk. I couldn’t find one locally in Melbourne and was surprised with the selection at Central Florida. The salesman I met their, Adil, was excellent and took his time to show me all the jeep models that they had available. I told him what I was specifically looking for in particular, the Trailhawk, and he tried hard to find that model with the options I like to have in the car. He finally found one brought it to me and I took it for a test drive. This was the car I was looking for. He then work with me on the price and also offered to purchase my existing vehicle in a trade-in. That worked out very well and within two hours I was a proud owner of a new grand Cherokee Trailhawk. I was very please with the full service I received at Central Florida Chrysler and would definitely go back there again for another car. I recommend them highly. More
