Could have been better I had serval issues but by day 4 my issues were made right. I think front desk staff were pleasant. At the end I am happy I left with the car I paid for and wanted. I think offering refreshments would have be nice. I spent a a total of 14 hours. More

No service, due to over-quoting Came to replace a headlight, was quoted by parts dept. and service advisor over $700 for parts alone plus labor, plus it had to be ordered. I then wen Came to replace a headlight, was quoted by parts dept. and service advisor over $700 for parts alone plus labor, plus it had to be ordered. I then went to a local shop, the new part was only 70.00 plus tax and labor was 119.00. It was just a headlight bulb replacement. I was told by your advisor that I had to order the whole headlight assembly instead. I would have spent more than $800.00 for this visit. Please take note. More
