Y'all dropped the ball. Well, I'm not at impressed with the services provided, My service advisor was great he tried to be as helpful as he could. That being said.. Steve took over to another office to get a loaner, I did the paperwork for it went to do a walk around the vehicle and she realized that it was low on gas, "please have a seat in the waiting area well get it gassed right up and ready for you. It will be just a second". I waited for a hour when she came up and said sorry we forgot about you.... Ok.. you guys forget about people that drop thousands of $ in your shop... I came in with a laundry list of items to be fixed. And there where 3 that you could not repair.. one of which I fixed myself in 15 minutes. The wash and vacuum was done sloppy at best. And they replaced the fog lamp that wasn't burnt out. xxx!!! Like I said the advisor Steve was awesome, the only issue I have is how my bill was $1700.00 more than the estimate and I didn't get everything done on the estimate. So at this time I can't recommend that you have a vehicle fixed at a place that recommends that you fix it yourself. More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - PATHETIC SERVICE DEPT - UNRESPONSIVE TO COMPLAINTS Purchased 2 vehicles within a week from them totaling over $45,000. They did not satisfactorily complete any of the wor - UNRESPONSIVE TO COMPLAINTS Purchased 2 vehicles within a week from them totaling over $45,000. They did not satisfactorily complete any of the work promised us during the purchase. I had to finish the work and clean up the mess they left me with. Service department would never update us on the status of our vehicles and repeatedly missed promised delivery dates. I was told that replacement tires were not available for a 2016 Camaro! I literally had to walk them through finding them online to demonstrate there were 2 complete sets of tires directly across the street from their dealership at 2 different tire shops!!! Pathetic paint repairs. It seems they do not have an onsite body shop and have some kind of gypsy paint guy do work in their parking lot only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Could have done better myself with a rattle can and duct tape. One of my vehicles required a 30 day temporary tag. They waited until 1 day prior to its expiration to file for a permanent tag! I was driving around for over a week on an expired tag due to their incompetence! GM Brian and Store Mgr Judy NEVER responded to any phone calls or e-mails directed to them over course of a month. I purchase cars about every 2 years. I have given them multiple opportunities to reconcile these issues but they refuse to even accept a phone call or return an e-mail. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! More
