I have been to many service departments in my life. From horrible experiences to high end. I figured since I bought the car here I would try it. Appreciated the quick turn around, but very expensive. Poor workmanship, the parts they replaced fell off after 2 weeks causing the front suspension to collapse. Poor communication, nobody knew my service writer was off the day I called to check on my vehicle, 2 weeks causing the front suspension to collapse. Service writer left early after promising to meet me at 5pm. Most disorganized facilty I have ever experienced, and I worked at dealershipsin 3 states over a 25 year period. Took 2 weeks to be reimbursed for towing expenses related to failed repair. More

Let's see: the vehicle, a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, was delivered with a broken windshield motor and it took four (4) trips to the service department to get it fixed. At the end of the third Limited, was delivered with a broken windshield motor and it took four (4) trips to the service department to get it fixed. At the end of the third attempt to get it fixed, I had point out to the service manager that the repair was faulty. Am I surprised? Definitely not. Why? Here are a few tell tail observations regarding the dealership: the two main doors to the entrance of the show room are out of alignment scrapping the floor which keeps them from closing and over the course of the two weeks I had to visit the dealership no attempt was made to repair them. The customer men's bathroom are unkept, unpainted in spots, and void of supplies; the service shop, which you can see thru a couple of glass windows next to the waiting room is void of sufficient lighting to allow the service techs to see what they are doing (no wonder the repair work on my car was incomplete and faulty); and yes, the list goes on. I am sorry to have decided to shop at your store and will caution friends and family to stay a mile from it. More
