30,000 service, oil change, recall I felt service could of been speedier, need more employees in service tech area. Prices for service was high, higher than other quotes I recieved befo I felt service could of been speedier, need more employees in service tech area. Prices for service was high, higher than other quotes I recieved before managment change. Danny worked with me his was very sincere and helpful, even though he was busy. He also gave me a discount on price which helped and compensated with service errors and time. Not a bad experience bit need a lot of work in customer service area, really need loaner cars, I spent 6hrs waiting around for my car even though I dropped it off at 9am. A loaner car would help a lot for customer completing service. Danny was great. Calm, cool, and hospitable. More
