This is my third purchase from Central Florida Toyota. I'll definitely be back when the need arises. For this purchase, I called and spoke to David Z in sales and explained I was looking for a New Corolla I'll definitely be back when the need arises. For this purchase, I called and spoke to David Z in sales and explained I was looking for a New Corolla S with a manual transmission. He told me what colors they had in stock and the price over the phone. I also described my trade and payoff and what terms I would accept. Of course, David said to come down and it wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived, David took me straight to the car I wanted, showed me it's features and we went for a test drive. Upon arriving back at the dealership my trade was appraised and David showed me the numbers. Once everything was in order, I saw Mike in finance to do the paperwork. He made it very quick and painless. David took great care in making sure all my needs were addressed and offered his cell # in case anything came up. When my friends or family need a car, I'll be referring them to David Z at Central Florida Toyota! More

I bought my last 2 Toyotas from Toyota of Orlando but was unhappy with sales & service there when a friend suggested I take my 4Runner to Central Florida Toyota (CFT) instead. What an improvement ! Now I have just purchased a new Highlander from Todd Lyons & Mark Silva (Internet Sales) at CFT after shopping around at other dealership and again - what a difference compared to other salespeople & dealerships. CFT is head & shoulders above the rest for professionalism, no pressure, communication, fair deal, explaining the features of your new vehicle, financing process, etc. I will highly recommend them to my clients, friends & family for both sales & service ! INCREDIBLE SALESMAN. That is the reason I retured. This guy is a gem - a diamond in the rough. This the SECOND TIME I have dealt with him and purchased a vehicle from him. I got a FANTASTIC DEAL on a 2010 Toyota Tacoma 2dr Access Cab Pre-Runner SR5 with the TRD off-road package. He got top-dollar for my trade. It was literally the easiest, smoothest, hassle-free buying experience I have ever had. Why Ryan is not in a mangement position is beyond me. I have NEVER bought a vehicle from the same person and/or dealership prior to today. It pays to do your homework. I shopped the internet first and used several web sites, including Edmunds.com, and they came closer to the numbers I wanted more than any other local dealership. I am so thankful that there is such an honest, forthright, and trusting salesman in this business like Mr. Phillips. EVERY buying experience should be like this. No hassle, NO B.S., no bait-n-switch. I also made it clear I wanted NO extras while in the Finance and Insurance Office. Ryan made that happen and the paperwork process was simple and fast.
