Why are you reaching out to me now. You are only interested in making money rather than getting paid for service rendered. Your people follow your lead and you have not treated me like a valued customer. Perhaps this is now the status quo for most service departments for infiniti. The franchise gets away from responsibilty because each dealership is independently own. Despite that, I see you all as crabs in a barrel.
