Called up to see if I could get in for a oil change same day and they were able to do it while I waited. Price was fair and the people were friendly. Spoke with Bryan last week to get a quote on replacing the brakes on my Bmw. Not only did he have the best price, he also got me in and out the next day. And to top it off Bill the technician even showed the brakes on my Bmw. Not only did he have the best price, he also got me in and out the next day. Took my Acura in to have some issues fixed as per the 3000 mile 30 day warranty the company gave me when I purchased the car. They were repaired in a timely manner but we still had a problem with a tire pull. After talking to Bill the service I recommended that I ask Michelin to participate in a solution. Well, Michelin did partcipate and guess what? Mr. Jack Schneider the owner of Certified Benz and Beemers issued a check to the tire store that I was dealing with. I did pay half of the difference but was glad to do it. This store has nothing but class, integrity and honesty. We purchased a used BMW 325 from these guys 2 years ago. The car is great and the service has been outstanding. I purchased a 2006 C-6 Corvette from Benz and Beemer about a month ago.
